The William E. Doar Jr. Public Charter School for the Performing Arts played host to the 2015 Rhode Island Avenue Fall Fest. There was music, arts and crafts, fogs, and a festive atmosphere. Like most activities in Ward 5 the diversity was evident. The turnout was relatively small, probably due to the change of venue and the hurricane fears earlier in the week. However, those that came out seemed to enjoy the event. The vendors were varied and eager to display their offerings.
