We recently celebrated Cristobal Colon, an Italian explorer who apparently discovered the \”New World,\” but many oppose his story. Being that the West was preoccupied upon his arrival; he may have been subject to reclaiming his time and taking over the terrain. Luckily, the start of the \”New World\” didn\’t begin with this questionable discovery, and our four fathers discovered their ability to form the Declaration of Independence.
When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Natures God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that others should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

Oh say can you see – if it weren\’t for the freeing of the states, along with the slaves, the Constitution of the United States of America would be confined with certain limitations for slaves. Thank God, the states and the slaves have been free at last. Now we can \”Make America Great Again.\” Due to the heighten surface of racism along with racial hate groups peacefully assembling, many in America are uncertain as to the process or procedure to \”Make America Great Again.\” Some are afraid history may repeat the most horrific time in America, slavery.
For now, President Donald Trump has been demonstrating his ability to cross over barriers and connect with all American\’s regardless of religion, race, or creed. It is evident by his use of social media, particularly a platform called Twitter with 140 characters. However, not all of President Trumps tweets are so sweet, as they are short; but in time the American people will determine how effective his use of technology has been during his term. From the reports of main stream media, many American\’s don\’t find Trump\’s Presidential conduct a badge of honor, but it has proven to be a useful tool for him considering his communication barriers with main stream media. Along with embellishing stories to generate more advertising revenue.
Making America Great Again can be analyzed as all sort of rhetoric, but as of late, looks like it can be applied to reclaiming the Constitution of the United States of America. Despite the Presidential election being over almost a year ago, some news outlets want to spin and wash the story until the fabric has worn out. The most disregarding fact to the spin and wash is the detergent, in this case we could consider it Tide. Former First Lady Hillary Clinton\’s cup of detergent was not as sustainable to help clean up some of the stains that have affected the American people. Unlike the Apprentice Presidential runner, Donald Trump\’s detergent had a smell that was more pleasant for the American people, according to the polls.
Much time is being spent on if Russia interfered in the 2016 Presidential Election. Not sure how much it\’s adding up to, but time will tell. The silent sentiment resides in which sector of the American people voted for the Apprentice. However, we have yet to determine or pin point specifically which demographic cast their vote for Donald Trump. The real news story lies in the threads of our Constitution which seems to be challenged 140 characters at a time. Some American\’s feel President Trump deserves a chance, and one American even considered limiting freedom of speech while on a \”60 Minutes\” segment.
Most recently \”Repeal the Second Amendment\” was trending on twitter. I was very shocked, and joined the thread tweeting \”Really, this must apply in social media guidelines in the second paragraph.\” Moreover, it wasn\’t until after a massive shooting in Las Vegas wounding over 500 people, and killing over 50 incident citizens, that the trend had become trendy. Before this trendy twitter tag, many protests which spread throughout College and University campuses in America, weren\’t perceived as peaceful, such as Charolettesville, SC. US Attorney Jeff Sessions delivered a speech at Georgetown Law stating \”Freedom of thought and speech on the American campus are under attack,\” Sessions said during a speech to Georgetown Law School. \”The American university was once the center of academic freedom — a place of robust debate, a forum for the competition of ideas. But it is transforming into … a shelter for fragile egos.\”
The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution of the United States reads – A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. Considering the majority of America\’s states are free in 2017, this right is not favorable for some since their family or friends may have been victims of gun violence. Furthermore, a loved one could have been a victim of excessive use of a firearm by a police officer, nonetheless, American\’s have the right to bear arms under the US Constitution.
There is ongoing discussion on Capitol Hill centered around creating common ground dialogue in classifying certain firearms and there functions. Furthermore, it is rather late considering the act of terror which took place October 1st in Las Vegas. This terrorist act was conducted by white male Stephen Paddock who was 64. Have we been relying on the same conversations and symbolism as a form of change, while our Constitutional rights are being challenged? Not sure if Colin Kaepernick\’s approach to hold true to his Constitutional right lies in the symbolism of taking a knee; or creating an active policy measure which is more meaningful for the outcome of injustice and police brutality plaguing the African American communities. But considering we are at odds with North Korea, President Trump wants them \”son\’s of bitches\” off the field for taking a knee during the National Anthem at football games as he perceives it as disrespectful.
Is kneeling really a symbol of submission? Similarly to when the man proposes to a woman for marriage. Has kneeling translated into any effective outcomes of measurable policy other than lost of advertising revenue for television stations? It appears to be more of a challenge to protect our 1st Amendment right – Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
From kneeling to marching, what is the ultimate objective? Is it the same wash and spin cycle? This time will there be any fabric remaining to \”Make America Great Again?\”
