Ward 5 residents have been blessed with some major upgrades in its neighborhood that resembles uptown Washington, DC. Rhode Island Row is one of the newest additions to the newly remodeled Rhode Island Avenue Station area. It has residential living that consist of studio to 3 bedroom apartments. The prices range from $1500/month to $3000+/month.

Beneath the apartments are popular restaurants for dining, retail stores and services for beauty (Carolina Kitchen, Chipotle, Dunkin Donuts, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Sala Thai, TKO Burger, Sprint, T-Mobile, Xfinity, CVS, Phoenix Hair Salon, Arte Nail and Spa).
