Detectives from the Metropolitan Police Department’s Homicide Branch announced an arrest has been made in reference to a homicide that occurred on Sunday, February 2, 2020, in the 4300 block of 3rd Street, Southeast.
At approximately 4:08 pm, members of the Seventh District responded to the 4300 block of 3rd Street, Southeast, for the report of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers located an unconscious adult male suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. DC Fire and Emergency Medical Services (DCFEMS) responded to the scene and found no signs consistent with life. The victim remained on the scene until being transported to the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner. A second adult male victim was located at the listed location, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. DCFEMS transported the victim to an area hospital for treatment of life threatening injuries. Additionally, a third adult male victim was located after he sought treatment at a local hospital for non-life threatening injuries.
The decedent has been identified as 26 year-old Raheem Murray, of no fixed address.
On Thursday, June 25, 2020 pursuant to a DC Superior Court arrest warrant, members of the Capital Area Regional Fugitive Task Force located and arrested 26 year-old Glenn Dolford, of Southeast, DC. He was charged with First Degree Murder While Armed (Premeditated).
This case remain under investigation.
