It was a hot Wednesday morning for the Multicultural Media, Telecom and Internet Council 15th Annual Access to Capital and Telecom Policy Conference held at the Westin Hotel, in Georgetown. Once inside, the start of the panel discussions cooled off the crowd.
Talking broadcast media in an era of \”fake news,\” not to mention infusing tech talk in the discussion, with added access to capital can be challenging. Day one at the conference considering the weather was great. The panels were very informative, and off the record, I attend many discussions without much information to build upon, so this was rather refreshing. Take a look.
